Initial activation

Includes onboarding, property photography, sales content, initial pricing guidance, and launch promotion. The first MX$4,000 of our commissions go toward covering this activation.

Service fee

14.5%

Once the initial activation is fully covered, the guest or company pays HospedajeHoy the reservation or hold fee.

Zero-Risk Guarantee

If we do not secure a confirmed reservation within the first 20 days after your property goes live, you do not pay the activation service.
